You’ll play a key part in driving accurate process, processes improvements and automatization, developing relationships with key partners and supporting our many employees globally!

What will you do:

Technical Assistance:

  • Provide support for hardware, software, and network-related problems reported by end-users (remotely)
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Escalate complex problems to higher-level support personnel as needed.

Infrastructure Maintenance:

  • Assist in routine maintenance tasks to ensure the stability and optimal performance of servers, networks, and other IT infrastructure components.
  • Learn and apply best practices for system monitoring and performance optimization.
  • Contribute to the implementation of infrastructure upgrades and expansions.

User Support:

  • Aid end-users with technical inquiries
  • Learn and follow established procedures for user assistance and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with senior team members to deliver user training on IT tools and procedures.

  • Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of hardware, software, and network technologies.
  • Eagerness to learn and a strong interest in pursuing a career in IT area.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to follow instructions, learn quickly, and adapt to new technologies.
  • Fluent Polish, English – B2 level.
