  • Manages relations with key Enterprise tier clients related to their Support tickets population.
  • Constantly analyzes data in search of trends and recurring issues.
  • Understands client’s product pool, local requirements, hardware and business processes.
  • Analyzes data to identify improvement areas and recurring issues.
  • Initiates Root Cause Analysis. Issues periodic reports to Clients.
  • Attends meeting, maintains periodic communications, helps client prioritize and escalate issues.
