- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation, utilizing tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, developing risk management plans to ensure project success.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their expectations, requirements, and priorities.
- Keep stakeholders informed of project progress, changes, and risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Track and control project costs, ensuring efficient resource utilization and adherence to budget constraints.
- Coordinate and oversee the execution of project tasks, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
- Monitor project progress against the plan, addressing any deviations or roadblocks.
- Utilize communication and collaboration tools such as Slack, Microsoft Teams, or Zoom to facilitate team communication.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.

- Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in Digital/IT projects.
- Experience in collaborating with programmers and understanding of IT project requirements and tools.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive project success.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana.
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or other project management frameworks.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
