- Provide first-line support for SAP modules, addressing user queries, and troubleshooting issues related to SAP functionalities.

- Monitor and triage incoming support tickets, prioritize tasks, and escalate complex issues to Level 2 support or relevant teams.

- Assist users in navigating SAP applications, conducting basic troubleshooting, and providing guidance on system usage and best practices.

- Document support activities, resolutions, and procedures followed for future reference and knowledge sharing.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve integration issues between SAP and other modules/systems.

- Contribute to the development and maintenance of support documentation, knowledge bases, and training materials.

- Participate in testing and validation of SAP system changes, updates, and new configurations.

- Participate in training sessions to enhance personal knowledge and support capabilities.

- Hybrid working model (4/5 days per month from the office)

- 2 years of experience

- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with users and team members

- Proficiency in respective SAP modules with an understanding of business processes and principles.
