- Guide the team in self-organizing and cross-functional collaboration
- Remove obstacles and shield the team from distractions to ensure focus on sprint goals
- Act as a servant leader, supporting the team's needs and promoting a positive work environment
- Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to prioritize backlog items and define sprint goals

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification
- 5-8 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in banking area
- Deep understanding of Agile principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Experience working in software development or IT projects
- Familiarity with Agile tools and techniques (e.g., Jira, Kanban boards)
- Excellent English skills (C1/C2) both verbal and written
