Senior Frontend Developer

• Help to shape our overall design system and visual language, with a components library that is used in hundreds of projects at the firm
• Designing and developing user interfaces for banking applications that are intuitive, user-friendly, and accessible
• Ensuring that the banking application's UI is responsive across various devices and screen sizes, including desktops, tablets, and mobile phones, to provide a consistent user experience
• Optimizing the performance of front-end components to ensure fast loading times and smooth user interactions
• Monitoring user feedback, analyzing UI metrics, and iterating on the front-end design and functionality to enhance the overall user experience

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with some of the latest technologies to build rich web applications
• Expertise in contemporary front-end tools like React (essential), Angular, and Typescript (essential), with a readiness to grasp new programming languages
• Familiarity with clean coding practices and testing approaches
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational proficiencies
• Capable of managing multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting
• Self-driven and autonomous, demonstrating strong analytical skills, innovation, and intellectual

Good to have:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science
• Experienced in delivery-focused agile Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), encompassing research, design, and engineering phases
• Proficient in developing Progressive Web Apps (PWAs), employing CSS-in-JS methodologies, engaging in mobile app development, and creating accessible components and websites
• Skilled in utilizing Server-Side Rendering (SSR) frameworks like NextJS or Gatsby
• Familiar with front-end build tools and testing libraries, including Webpack.
