• You will draft, detail, and validate the Master Data project deliverables within the assigned Master Data domain in collaboration with template leads and cross-functional teams.
  • You will coordinate, prioritize, and sequence deliverables together with the project lead and stakeholders.
  • You will facilitate fit/gap and design sessions with Business and functional workstreams within the assigned Master Data domain.
  • You will thoroughly document alignments, decisions, and configurations throughout the project to ensure transparency and facilitate future reference or iterations.
  • You will be responsible for data mapping, cleansing, and analysis, ensuring consistency with the company template prior to migration.
  • You will draft functional specifications and engage in development testing, ensuring all functionalities are in alignment with business requirements.
  • You will initiate, drive, and monitor the data collection process in collaboration with Business stakeholders.
  • You will validate data upload files to ensure data integrity and consistency.
  • You will proactively identify, and report potential issues and risks encountered during the project.
  • You will monitor, analyze, and resolve data-related issues that arise during UAT, and the go-live phase, ensuring data consistency and integrity.
  • You will organize and execute training sessions for both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring they are well-equipped to utilize new tools and processes.
  • You will ensure operational readiness post go-live by updating work instructions, applications, and Excel-based tools as necessary.
  • You will provide support to stakeholders during the hyper care phase, ensuring a smooth transition and addressing any Master Data related issues promptly.

  • Experience as a Master Data analyst or expert in SAP implementation/roll-out projects.
  • Hands-on experience in SAP Master Data mapping, cleansing, conversion, and validation.
  • Extensive knowledge in at least one of the following domains: Customer, Vendor, or Material Master Data.
  • Familiarity with the dependencies between SAP Master Data objects and knowledge of SAP Master Data tables and their content.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication skills with prior exposure to business stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on problem-solving.
  • A proactive approach, anticipating potential challenges and proposing solutions.
