Our client wants to build a Cyber-Physical System for 5 of their plants. This will be the foundation for I4.0 use cases to optimize operations quality, cost and throughput. The scope is to set up an IT/OT Gateway, Unified Namespace and IoT Application in each factory and a centralized instance on MS Azure. On top of the platform, three use cases are planned in the first phase. The Use cases are Predictive Maintenance, Autonomous Process Control and Digital Work Order. The total project duration is planned for 4 years with the first 1.5 years spend with the platform and use case implementation for the five factories.
- Work closely with IoT architect to design IoT architectures and use cases based on the requirements of the customer
- Assist in system documentation development, conduct unit testing, and provide code resolutions for UAT issues
