- Participation to the effort to develop BNPP CIB LLM Platform
- Develop, test and enhance LLM servicing setup: retriever, model quantization & specialisation, LLMs choice
- Strengthen the evaluation framework to enable bullet proof evaluation of use cases
- Accompany business in the definition of LLM impact & implementation roadmap, notably through quantitative testing.
- Participate to upgrading other Analytics Consulting assets with LLMs
- Ensure literature and SotA review in the generative AI field
- Strong statistical and quantitative analysis skills
- Strong Machine Learning and Deep Learning skills (RNNs, LSTMs, Transformers) & skills in data cleaning, normalization, and transformation, specifically for textual data
- Strong experience in NLP and fine knowledge of NLP Libraries is a prerequisite
- Strong curiosity and experience in LLMs deployment, finetuning and assessment is a (big) plus
- Model Deployment and Scaling: Experience in deploying NLP models into production environments, and scaling them to handle large volumes of data (Kubernetes, Docker)
