Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain test plans for the Data Market Hub platform.
- Develop and maintain Data Quality and Data Expectation checks within the Market Data Hub Platform using Python/PySpark.
- Test Automation.
- Participate in requirements refinement and specification.
MUST
- 5y+ years of Technical Test Automation experience
- 3y+ Experience with databases and SQL
- 3y+ Experience in data testing (data validation testing, data integrity testing, data transformation testing, data integration testing etc.)
- 3y+ hands-on experience with Python and Pyspark
- Understanding of Databricks, including its architecture, features, and capabilities.
- Knowledge of cloud platform - Azure, experience in testing applications that run on Azure, including those that use Databricks.
- Knowledge of Azure data/delta lake, Azure DevOps.
- Experience writing queries to retrieve and validate data in Databricks notebooks and jobs.
- Skilled in integrating project testing with continuous-integration process (CI/CD).
- Working knowledge of test planning, test data management, automated & manual test execution, and test management tools to support complex data and cloud landscape
- Financial Sector Experience.
- Practical experience in test and process automation with Web-service testing (Selenium)
- Experience with PyTest
- Good understanding of Agile methodologies such as Scrum and ability to work in an Agile development environment.
