- Successfully completed a university degree in Computer Science, Business or Engineering Sciences, or a similar field, or an equivalent education with corresponding professional experience.
- 3-5 years of experience, preferably in IT project management, IT consulting, software engineering or digital transformation projects in a B2B industry.
- Extensive experience in working with various project management tools and techniques, including project planning and organization, road mapping, risk management, status reporting, and financial reporting.
- Practical knowledge and hands-on experience of delivering projects in an agile environment.
- Experience in the automation of industrial plants is advantageous.
- Project Management certifications preferred.
