Our client wants to build a Cyber Physical System for 5 of their plants. This will be the foundation for I4.0 use cases to optimize ooperations quality, cost and trhoughput. The scope is to setup an IT/OT Gateway, Unified Namespace and IoT Application in each factory and a centralized instance on MS Azure. On top of the platform three use cases are planned in the first phase. The Use cases are Predictive Maintenance, Autonomous Process Control and Digital Work Order.The total project duration is planned for 4 years with the first 1.5 years spend with the plattform and use case implementation for the five factories.
