  • Perform Salesforce Admin duties
  • Translate requirements into well-architected solutions
  • Design, build, test and deploy solutions in Salesforce in an Agile framework
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, IT dept and other engineering teams
  • Proactively identify innovative solutions to improve end-to-end architecture
  • Develop solutions across Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud (Portals), Service Cloud, CPQ
  • Help maintain existing integrations with external/internal systems
  • Contribute to technical strategy, approach and design document
  • Execute release management processes to achieve high quality deployments
  • Support user access, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, OWD, sharing rules
  • Perform Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Check and Optimizer
  • Maintain high sprint velocity goals and estimate work effort
  • Participate in daily standups and perform stakeholder demos

  • 5+ years of Salesforce technical experience (configure, customize, support)
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification
  • Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification
  • Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant Certification
  • Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant Certification
  • Salesforce CPQ Certification
  • DocuSign admin experience
  • Experience working with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ and Experience Cloud
  • Experience working with a Contract Lifecycle Management solution
  • Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments
  • Experience with with complex multi-phase projects
  • Experience working on integrations with Docusign and other GTM SaaS tools
  • Clear communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce Objects and Data Model
  • Strong declarative knowledge, understands tradeoffs of using code
  • Ability to systematically troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  • Ability to reliably prioritize and complete tasks with minimal supervision
