• Lead daily stand-up meetings: update each member on progress, plan and discuss potential obstacles
  • Keep the team focused on creating customer value: align the team with the product vision and customer needs
  • Coordinate product backlog with Product Owner: assist to refine the backlog and help prioritize user stories
