- Lead daily stand-up meetings: update each member on progress, plan and discuss potential obstacles
- Keep the team focused on creating customer value: align the team with the product vision and customer needs
- Coordinate product backlog with Product Owner: assist to refine the backlog and help prioritize user stories
- Work with the team to define and track project milestones, and help identify strategies to ensure that deadlines are met.
