About the role:

We are looking for a Linux Infrastructure Engineer with experience with Linux OS and related technologies, who wants to join our team supporting one of the leading companies from the medical care sector. This job offer is addressed to passionate and motivated individuals, who have good skills, and willingness to learn and grow as professionals.

Your future tasks:

• Creating, configuring, and managing Linux VMs and containers
• Patching OS and firmware of servers
• Orchestrating automation with bash scripts, cron jobs, and automation tools like Ansible
• Resolving OS related incidents and analyzing server performance
• Planning, coordinating, and implementing changes with other 3rd line support teams
• Participating in infrastructure projects, that’ll help you grow, and develop your skills across various fields, and technologies

• Experience in building and managing Linux servers and containers (RHEL, OpenShift)
• Knowledge in managing Linux file systems and storage (LVM, NFS, automount, LUN etc.)
• Good understanding of automation and management tools (Ansible, Puppet, Red Hat Satellite etc.)
• Familiarity with bash and yaml scripting and cron job scheduling
• Familiarity with middleware technologies (Apache Tomcat, nginx)

Nice to have:

• Knowledge in Cloud technologies (AWS, Azure etc.)
• Familiarity with Docker and GitLab
