Technical or IT educational background:

• Basic IT knowledge, preferably including SQL
• Interest in machines and industrial systems
• Willingness to learn mechanical aspects of machines
• Basic English communication skills
• Accurate, structured and problem-solving mindset

• Preferably early career candidate

Responsibilities

The IT Technician is responsible for performing the activities according to the instructions. The person is responsible for the correct execution of instructed tasks and proper support of IT systems and technical processes. The IT Technician is authorised to have consultation with internal departments and external partners when required.

The main task of the IT Technician can be listed as follows:

• Performing activities in accordance with instructions
• Supporting machine-related IT systems, including traceability systems based on SQL
• Learning and understanding machine structure, especially mechanical components
• Providing technical support to internal staff and external partners
• Supporting troubleshooting of machine issues combining IT and mechanical aspects
• Assisting with installation, configuration, and testing of machine software systems
• Supporting technical documentation and reporting
• Cooperation with the technical and engineering teams
• Participation in preparation of machines for demonstrations and training
• All other activities applicable for the support of technical and service activities
