Your Responsibilities:

• Build & Optimize: Design, develop, and optimize scalable, maintainable, and secure applications that enhance the connected home experience, focusing on user-centric solutions.
• Architect & Integrate: Develop and integrate robust APIs and microservices, ensuring seamless communication between front-end and back-end systems.
• Drive Code Excellence: Uphold high standards of code quality through rigorous testing, including unit, integration, and end-to-end tests, and participate in thorough code reviews.
• Collaborate & Innovate: Partner closely with cross-functional teams—product managers, UX designers, and fellow engineers—to deliver exceptional, intuitive user experiences.
• Embrace Agile: Actively participate in Agile workflows, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and demos, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

• Contribute to the architectural design of innovative use cases within the Home Connect ecosystem, with a particular focus on guided cooking, while seamlessly incorporating the latest technological advancements.

• Experience: 4+ years of hands-on experience as a Full Stack Engineer or similar role, with a strong focus on TypeScript, React (Next.js), and Node.js.
• React Mastery: Deep expertise in React, including advanced concepts like state management, performance optimization, and server-side rendering.
• Next.js Proficiency: Strong practical experience with server-rendered React applications using Next.js.
• TypeScript Expertise: Advanced proficiency in TypeScript, ensuring type-safe and maintainable applications.
• Node.js Strength: Solid experience in building backend applications with Node.js.
• API Development: Extensive experience working with RESTful APIs and integrating with complex backend systems.
• Testing Excellence: Hands-on experience with modern testing frameworks such as Jest, Vitest, Playwright, and React Testing Library.
• Microservices Knowledge: Understanding of microservices architecture and best practices.
• Architectural Understanding: Ability to design and implement complex, scalable, and maintainable systems, considering security and performance.
• Database Skills: Experience working with NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).
• Version Control: Proficiency in Git, including branching strategies and collaborative workflows.
• Agile Development: Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban) with tools like Jira, Confluence.
• Communication & Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills with professional-level English proficiency (verbal and written).
