  •  As Service Operations Manager you are responsible for service delivery and the management of availability and performance of all technical application components and data integrations used for the customer service business processes in logistics based on Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • You manage agreed service levels and budgets, considering the latest technological developments and the sprint cycles.
  • Other responsibilities include the execution of all service level management aspects, continuous service improvement and performance management for the specific services. You coordinate suppliers, business partners and internal departments for an efficient and effective IT service provisioning.
  • In addition, you support the development of IT Service Management as a reliable global thinking and acting partner for the business
  • You will work in a motivated team with a high level of own responsibility in an exciting project of Schenker Land Transport. In addition to a secure job in a pleasant and collegial atmosphere, we offer you a promising international working environment in a modern industry.

  • Study to university degree level of natural sciences, computer science, business, or an equivalent education.
  • At least 3-5 years proven experience in IT Service Operations or development with in-depth knowledge of service processes in a Pan-European business based on ITIL.
  • Profound professional knowledge about complex business applications and their business-related workflow support, focus on customer service tools like MS Dynamics, databases and Java applications
  • Familiarity and willingness to work Agile with a high level of ownership
  • Strong analytical and solution-oriented attitude.
  • Fluent English language skills verbally and in writing, additional languages are a benefit
  • Good communication and moderation skills in various international stakeholder levels
  • Willingness to work on-call duty and for limited travel.
