Scrum Master

Infopulse welcomes a talented Scrum Master with ServiceNow experience to join a new project. Our customer is one of the Big4 companies, providing audit, tax, consulting, and financial advisory services. 

 Areas of Responsibility

• Managing the entire process and proper coordination of a scrum team
• Removing obstacles in the path of achieving goals for the scrum team
• Facilitating for the team to achieve better creativity and enhancing the efficiency of team members
• Working with a Business Analyst and ensuring that product backlog remains in a good shape
• Presiding over retrospective meetings
• Conducting sprint planning meetings for the entire team

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment
• Must have experience working with ServiceNow on customization or implementation projects
• Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as the definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement, etc.)
• Well-developed skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continuous improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency
• Well-developed collaborative problem-solving skills
• Experience in coaching and training individuals and teams in Agile concepts and practices
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Can-do, result-driven, and positive attitude, openness to learning
• Understanding of SDLC
• At least upper-intermediate level of English
