  • Drives the application/data/infrastructure delivery process design or perform long-term architectural project support acting as a primary technical decision-maker for the engineering team
  • Participates in architectural service executions such as Discovery, Assessment, and Architectural Project Support
  • Leads engineering teams to implement the solution guided by the defined architecture vision
  • Talks to the business to understand their needs and technical requirements for the project
  • Communicates technical constraints and decisions to the business
  • Elaborates system quality attributes such as performance, scalability, availability, fault-tolerance, security, deployment, maintainability, and others
  • Translates customers’ business, functional, and non-functional requirements into high-quality solution design visions and operations plan consistent with enterprise architectural standards using Attribute Driven Design
  • Defines application/data/infrastructure delivery strategies, standards, processes, technologies, and tools in the technical visions
  • Drives or assists in project implementation estimation and roadmap construction
  • Analyzes, models, documents, and assesses existing delivery processes according to the Architecture Trade-off Analysis methodology

Your additional skills or experience include

  • Being hands-on with cloud migration and Terraform
  • Solid expertise in Infrastructure as Code (principles, tools, best practice)
  • Scripting (PowerShell, Python, or Shell)
  • Hands-on proficiency with Kubernetes
  • Knowledge of configuration management systems (PowerShell DSC, Ansible)
  • Software development (principles, tools, methodologies)
  • 2+ Linux Operating System experience
