Job Description
As a Process Manager for Shiji you interact with different internal stakeholders and departments within the organization to align processes and cooperation between the various development focused departments. You help the teams to structure their work accordingly and push them to enhance the collaboration. You are mentoring the best usage of Jira and Confluence administration. You present, implement, and train those process changes across the organization.

What you will do:
  • JIRA and Confluence Administration  
  • Acting as a single point of contact for process improvements (escalation point of contact) 
  • Oversee processes across departments
  • Facilitating/Orchestrating full product and development life cycle/process
  • Making sure company processes are documented, stored and maintained 
  • Looking for improvement and optimizations across internal departments 
  • Mediate between the different departments and find a common solution  
  • Measure and report internal department performance  
  • Special projects as assigned by Senior Management  
  • Provide flexibility, manage changes and help accommodating special projects as assigned by the VP of development  
  • Project Management within the development organization
  • Trainings and Presentations of internal processes to an international audience 

Qualifications
  • University Degree and a minimum of 3 year’s work experience as a Process Manager or similar within a software development focused on agile environment, preferably in the hospitality IT software and technology space 
  • Strong proficiency in the administration of JIRA and Confluence  
  • Strong analytical, organizational, communication and people skills required 
  • ITIL, Scrum, Safe, PMP and/or PRINCE2 Certification preferred 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Clarizen, or equivalent project management software beneficial   
  • Ability to be flexible and align the different requests from different stakeholders within the organization (find the common ground) facilitation, negotiation, communication, problem solving
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies, products and procedures 
  • Ability to work and thrive in a multi-tasked and fast-paced environment 
  • Professional “get it done” attitude and work ethic
  • Fluent in English.
