- Analyze, maintain and monitor data processing solutions
- Create, update or merge accounts using a variety of systems
- Connect with and support customers
- Take ownership of and follow-through with the processing issues and client cases
- Research root cause and determine next steps for resolution on varying level of complexity
- Ensure that all internal and external customer interactions are handled professionally and with the highest level of service
Who we're looking for?
- Excellent command of English
- Service-oriented attitude, patience, thoroughness and good attention to detail
- Proactive approach and strong analytical skills
- Ability to work in U.S. business hours (2 PM – 10 PM CET)
- Practical knowledge of MS Excel
- Familiarity with SQL is a plus
- Experience with customer support is a plus
