You'll be part of Data Migration Tollgate Tracker (DMTT) in Poland, We are developing cutting edge digital solutions to help internal and external clients make better decisions with data. Within DMTT, you will be part of a growing team that is focused on blending solutions covering digital marketing, technology, optimization and analytics to drive business results and digital transformation. You'll be working in a global team, with colleagues in the United Kingdom, the United States and India.

We're looking for a Full Stack Engineer to:
- Automate machine learning models, database and manual processes to make better predictions, automate, and solve challenging business problems.
- Engineer reliable data pipelines for sourcing, processing, distributing, and storing data in different ways, using data platform infrastructure effectively.
- Ensure the quality, security, reliability, and compliance of our solutions by applying our digital principles and implementing both functional and non-functional requirements.
- Understand, represent, and advocate for client needs working very closely with our business partners.
- Continually look for ways to improve your own skills and experience.
MUST
- Strong, hands-on experience in Python
- Strong competence in SQL and database design / architectures.
- React knowledge
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or science or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
- Experience with workflow orchestration platforms especially with Apache Airflow
- Experience with DevOps on Azure is a plus
- Banking experience
- Understanding of data science / machine learning models;
- Experience in / knowledge of R (some work expected)
- Knowledge of Large Language Models.
- Knowledge of Git version control.
- Experience working with Agile development methodologies and ceremonies.
