About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced .NET MAUI Team Leader to oversee and drive the successful delivery of a cutting-edge project. This role requires a combination of leadership capabilities, technical expertise, and hands-on experience in .NET MAUI and mobile application development.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of developers in delivering a complex technological project.
- Oversee all phases of development, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
- Apply Agile methodologies and manage project workflows using tools like Azure DevOps.
- Guide the team in designing and implementing mobile applications using .NET MAUI or Xamarin.
- Integrate systems using ASP.NET Core and the Microsoft Authentication Library.
- Build and manage authentication mechanisms and WebServices for applications.
Skills we are looking for:
- Language: Fluent in German (mandatory)
- At least 5 years of experience with Microsoft Visual Studio (version 19 or higher).
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in projects utilizing .NET MAUI or Xamarin.
- At least 3 years of experience in mobile application development.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience managing project teams, particularly in complex technical environments.
- Strong familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Azure DevOps.
- Proven experience integrating systems with ASP.NET Core and the Microsoft Authentication Library.
- Deep understanding of authentication methods in applications and building WebServices.
