- Provide leadership, training, and mentorship to implement and enhance test automation.
- Design, refine, and execute the test automation strategy, including roadmap, tools, frameworks, and methodologies.
- Support functional SMEs in defining quality assurance strategies.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize test automation frameworks.
- Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to integrate test automation into the Continuous Delivery pipeline.
- Work across different workstreams, programs, and departments as part of QA and test automation communities.
- Conduct automation feasibility studies.
- Continuously improve test coverage, execution, and automation processes.
- Understand and manage test data dependencies in various contexts.
- Operate in an international, cross-country environment.
- Salary based on B2B contract (via Devire) up to 130 PLN/h net+VAT

- Hybrid model (1-2 days office per week - Gdansk or Gdynia)
- Over 5 years of solid experience in test automation, including UI and WebServices (REST, SOAP).
- Proficient with LeanFT .NET or similar tools.
- Extensive experience with .NET or Java (5+ years).
- Skilled in SQL and Continuous Integration.
- Experience with GIT or comparable version control tools.
- Familiarity with JIRA and HP ALM.
- Ideally, experience in the banking sector, particularly with Temenos T24.
- Strong leadership and self-motivation skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in mentoring and coaching.
- Fluent in English (C1).
