Python Cloud Native Manager

We’re looking for a strategic and experienced Cloud Native Manager to lead high-impact cloud-native development projects, with a focus on Python technologies. • Oversee and guide high-impact engineering projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and delivering exceptional client value.

• Lead talent acquisition, development, and retention efforts, building and sustaining high-performing teams.
• Establish and enforce best practices, standards, and methodologies for cloud-native development and Python programming.

• Extensive experience as an Engineering Manager or in a similar role, leading large-scale cloud-native development projects.
• Deep technical expertise in cloud-native technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, microservices, and cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Proven proficiency in Python development, including advanced frameworks, libraries, and best practices.
• Strong leadership abilities, with a track record of guiding and inspiring engineering teams toward success.
• Expertise in Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and project management, including handling multiple high-impact projects.
• Exceptional communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical concepts to diverse audiences and managing senior-level client relationships.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to align engineering initiatives with business goals and drive innovative solutions.
• A strong commitment to technical excellence, with experience in enforcing best practices, methodologies, and quality standards.
• C1 English level proficiency.
