The scope of the initial architectural analysis is to identify what similar or same solution with regards to Record Keeping, Voice Transcription and eComms Market Abuse Surveillance that exists across the bank to see or confirm what applications should be the target applications. The process of doing this is to see what gaps exists in each application with regards to:
- Business functionality in the short and long term
- Compliance to T4T technology standards and target technologies
- Maturity of candidate vendors as well as delivery quality
- Opportunities for executing changes in the application landscape (e.g. integrability of solution components)
- Economy and value for money
Key Deliverables:
- Target architecture for shield and co - main scope Risk and Compliance SA
- Vendor/ solution options including a roadmap, solution cost comparison, including conformation to T4T and existing solutions ,I.e VFC
- Support with any relevant RFI activities
- Additional benefit package (medical healthcare, sport membership, etc.)

- Proven experience as an IT architect in the financial services industry.
- Proven experience in APIs and Cloud
- Strong knowledge of eComms market abuse surveillance, record keeping, and voice transcription technologies.
- Excellent project management and coordination skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in Financial Crime Fighting is a plus
