We are seeking a Senior Master Data Consultant position based in our Poznań/Warsw location to join the Master Data Management team.

What you will be doing:
In this position, you will be involved in driving the rollout of our master data operating model, facilitating master data initiatives, orchestrating data governance in collaboration with data owners and specialists and conducting data quality analyses.
You will work closely with business units to understand their needs and deliver solutions that meet their requirements to ensure that master data is a central asset for the entire organization.
Your primary tasks and responsibilities will include:
- Oversee the creation, maintenance, and accuracy of master data related to IT projects,
- Develop and implement data governance policies and procedures,
- Collaborate with project managers and IT teams to understand data requirements for upcoming projects,
- Ensure that master data is appropriately configured to support project objectives,
- Establish and maintain relationships with relevant stakeholders
- Create and update project-related data dictionaries and metadata.

What you bring:
- University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, IT or similar,
- Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience in Master Data Management,
- Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies,
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and attention to deadlines.
