- Analysis and design of business processes - including cross-organizational processes
- Defining business and technical requirements
- Co-creating a vision of business solutions – together with business owners
- Identification of process, business and system gaps and potential risks
- Stakeholder and dependency analysis, determination of workload, budget estimation
- Cooperation between business owners, system analysts, CX and UX designers, and internal functions (including legal departments)
- Collaboration with scrum teams

- At least 3 years of commercial experience
- Knowledge and experience in analyzing user requirements, implementing new functionalities, understanding IT systems
- Knowledge and experience in business process modeling (e.g. using BPMN notation)
- Ability to create business requirements, manage their versions and life cycle
- Analytical thinking skills
- Ability to cooperate with various areas of the company - business, IT, regulatory functions; reconciling different interests
- Experience in designing online and omnichannel processes for the client or experience in designing purchasing and financial processes
- English (B2)
