Senior Data Analyst

We’re looking for a skilled Senior Data Analyst to join our team and work with one of our inspiring US clients, a start-up developing an innovative platform for online speech therapy from the comfort of the patient’s home.

Expectations - the experience you need

  • 6+ years of demonstrated success in a data analysis role, preferably in a startup or high-growth environment where establishing baseline KPIs and metrics were critical to organizational growth and development.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL or similar.
  • Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Quicksight, Mixpanel, Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Demonstrably effective communication and presentation skills, including the ability to translate complex data into strategic initiatives.
  • A creative problem solver who knows that the first step is to understand the question.

What you will do

  • Conduct thorough quantitative analyses to inform and support operational and financial decision-making and strategies.
  • Develop and refine data visualizations that clearly communicate operational trends and forecasts to stakeholders.
  • Collect analytical requirements, write database queries, and build automated reports for internal business stakeholders and external partners.
  • Utilize your expertise in SQL to manage operational and financial data effectively and in an easy-to-use manner for other teammates.
  • Design and implement data-driven solutions that drive business outcomes and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Own projects from inception to completion: independently initiating, planning, and executing projects within the financial domain.
  • Work with a team of technical and non-technical stakeholders to turn data into insights and insights into action.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to report on KPIs for relevant stakeholders, senior leaders, board members, and investors.
  • Communicate the story behind the data to non-technical stakeholders, translating insights into results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide data-driven insights supporting product development, care coordination operations, employee experience, sales strategy, and marketing initiatives/decisions.
  • Navigate the intricacies of the healthcare, understanding different stakeholder needs and market drivers.
