Due to the development of our company we are looking for candidates for the position of: IT System Engineer (AutoDispo)

Your tasks:

  • Support and monitoring of orders management system (AutoDispo)
  • Analysis of reports in English through an international system
  • Preparing reports of recurring failures and forwarding them to our international support team
  • Optimization of supporting tools and processes
  • Creation and maintenance of a knowledge base

  • A replacement employment contract for a period of approximately 18 months and a salary increase guaranteed in the contract

Your competences:

  • Knowledge of English at least B1 level
  • Knowledge of Polish at a level that allows fluent spoken and written communication.
  • Knowledge of relational databases (preferably Oracle) and PL/SQL
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Strategical thinking
  • Communication and cooperation skills
  • Willingness to work in shifts and weekends

Nice-to-haves:

  • Knowledge of the Grafana monitoring system
  • Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, IT4You tools
  • Previous experience in a similar position (Service Desk or first line of support)
  • Focus on developing technical and substantive skills
  • Higher education – completed or in progress (preferably in an IT field)
