About the role
We are looking for Backend engineers to expand the functionality of our system. Your general responsibilities will include:
- Building and maintaining our platform on top of our cutting-edge voice models.
- High degrees of ownership in shipping features across the backend parts of our stack.
- Collaborating closely with Frontend, Growth and Sales teams.
- Improving our existing products.
- Maintaining and strengthening our internal infrastructure.

You are passionate about text-to-speech AI, highly motivated, and driven with a strong work ethic. You strive for excellence in every aspect of work.
What you bring
We do not require any formal experience, certifications, or degrees. Instead, we seek enthusiastic software engineers with:
- Expertise in Python.
- A strong background in backend development.
- Familiarity with software and system design patterns.
- Knowledge about test design and security fundamentals.
What is nice to have
- Experience with Kubernetes.
- Experience with Stripe or other payment processing providers.
- Basics about how AI models work.
