This role will report to the local Office manager as well as the global IT Director who is responsible for our HR solutions. The focus is on enhancing the HR platform along with new and existing requirements.

  • Administration and support of the Success Factors modules Employee Central, Performance & Learning, Recruiting & Onboarding, Compensation & Variable Pay and People Analytics
  • Maintenance and further development of interfaces to the systems used for time and payroll (SAP-HCM module both in R/3 and later in the S/4 HANA environment)
  • Consultancy for the business function regarding the solutions provided by the IT department, in particular SAP Success Factors and SAP-HCM
  • Participation in local and international HR projects
  • Support of interfaces to other systems (authorities, health insurance companies, etc.)
  • Evaluation and continuous improvement of existing processes and systems

  • Training or studies in an IT profession or many years of experience in IT as a career changer
  • At least three years of professional experience as an SAP Success Factors or/and SAP-HCM application supporter
  • Very good knowledge of SAP and Success Factors solutions, BW knowledge desirable
  • Interest in human resources management and business processes
  • IT project experience, ideally in agile development projects
  • English language is mandatory, german would be desirable
