As a one of the members for Merchandise IT Support you will:

  • Take part in system administration, configuration, user access management and testing.
  • Participate in resolution of technical incidents of merchandise systems.
  • Be responsible for communication with international system users, support team and external vendors consultants.
  • Participate in new enhancements and projects.
  • Work with Microsoft Dynamics (AX, CRM) platforms and integrations.
  • Colaborate in international and diverse team.

  • You are a student in your 3rd, 4th, or 5th year of study, or you have recently graduated. (Technical profile is preferred but not mandatory)
  • You are available from January 2024 for at least 4 hours per day.
  • You communicate fluently in English.
  • You can work as team player.
  • You do something more than only studying – you are a member of student organization, student research group etc.
  • You have basic knowledge of network protocols, firewalls and connectivity services.
  • You understand how Windows workstations (and servers) works.
  • You can write basic scripts and automation.
  • Some basic knowledge of agile and ITIL would be beneficial.
