Main Purpose of the Role :

Gain sufficient knowledge on the environment and tasks to be performed:

· Transition MUFG EMEA and Securities to M365

· Federate MUFG EMEA and Securities to wider MUFG group

· Deploy MS teams including video + voice into MUFG EMEA and Securities

· Provide guidance on best practice for azure based infrastructure

· Project Support – i.e. communication plan\Scheduling Activates

· Provide an escalation path for administrators

· Incident management and problem management to include reporting function

· Update and create the Standard Operating Procedure

· Ensure that the system meet existing regulations and eDiscovery requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Managing messaging services

  • Close Incidents\Task within SLA together with responding to queries raised via Messaging mailbox.
  • eDiscovery - Working with legal and compliance find, compile, organise. and verify case-critical data quickly across, preservation, collection and processing.
  • Manage large data sets and prepare for internal\external review with a high degree of diligence and attention to detail.
  • Understand existing data channels and retention periods and respond to investigations within SLA
  • Act as Service Desk liaison helping to ensure that the service desk is constantly developing and improving with its Messaging service knowledge.
  • Report on Messaging Services statistics for both bank and securities and ensure that engineers are notified of breached tickets.
  • Respond to branch enquires and update process and procedures based on feedback from engineers\regional support staff.

Issue\create communications\schedules for Messaging services related projects.

· Global Messaging experience with experience of supporting user base of cica 100,000 in finical organisations

· Proven track record of delivering M365 into multiple organisations as lead engineer.

Expert level of Active Directory, M365, Azure AD
