- Conduct a TCO/ROI study to come up with the value proposition for application migration/modernization/transfomration.
- Scope, own and deliver large and complex projects on cloud migration, modernization, cloud native app development, Application Management and DevSecOps.
- Define strategies for cloud adoption of key business applications (focusing on the mapping of business requirements to IT capabilities and align the same).
- Define the approach and plan for application modernization.
- Work directly with customers to accelerate their products and initiatives and recommend best-practice application architectures in line with their long-term business outcomes.
- Drive technical solutions discussions with your customers, diving deep into the details to solve complex technical challenges and use your knowledge to craft scalable, flexible, and resilient cloud architectures, prescriptive guidance, proposals, and implementation plans.
- Create application consulting and assessment offerings based on market demand and develop delivery capabilities for its execution.
- Define reference architecture for new offerings and provide key differentiator inputs to offering teams in terms of new technology adoption in application area.

- Overall 15+ years of relevant IT experience, with minimum 10 years of experience in area of Application Design, Development and Modernization, and 5 years experience in application/software consulting
- Prior experience in business case development, application portfolio assessment, Infrastructure sizing, costing, migration planning and migration to public cloud
- Must have in-depth understanding of compute, storage, network components including backup, monitoring and DR environment requirements.
- Prior track record of guiding customers on best practices around DevOps, SRE, Cost optimization, FinOps, Agile software development etc.
- Ability to build strong business relationship with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong verbal, written communication, data presentation skills.
- Prior experience in application consulting across techstacks - Java and .NET
- Strong experience in managing and leading teams
- Collaboration across different cultures and different technical domains
- Nice to have:
- Professional Architect Certification in any of the cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Cloud based DevOps Certification
- Cloud based Developer Certification
