Test Manager

• Test Manager to own E2E responsibility and accountability for all project deliverables and delivering the services committed in the SOW of the project
• Review the deliverable framework design ,test scenarios, test cases, traceability and automation scripts.
• Performs requirement analysis, coordination for all test activities between offshore / onsite team. Technical reviews for the team
• Working with the QA Manager to coordinate testing with technical teams to meet project milestones
• Escalation point for delivery, resourcing and any other related issues
• Ownership of delivery and KPIs of the project
• Responsible for integrity of testing and acceptance activities
• Closely working with Client team, QA Manager, technical teams and drive the overall test strategy & plan for the Programs
• Perform SOW review with effort estimation for the testing scope, meet the resource demands for the programs
• Lead code quality, automation, PT , ST & tools
• Stay on top of the project schedule, planning, understand dependencies and priorities
• Co-Own the responsibility to implement the Quality Engineering aspects
• Timely completion of on-boarding and training for attrition replacements
• Resolve escalations and impediments
• Ensure preparedness for the forthcoming releases (forecasting & resourcing)
• Proactive contributions to the review meetings with all relevant stakeholders and prepare weekly status report
• Helps design, implement, and maintain test automation frameworks for testing both UI and backend REST services.

• Graduate Engineer with min 5-6 years of experience in testing/ quality engineering
• Should good understanding of various delivery methodology– Agile, waterfall and Iterative
• Exposure to Automotive domain will be added advantage
• Proven leadership capabilities, people management experience and ability to drive issues to closure
• Mandatory exposure to SAFe and DevOps
• Good Exposure in handling team of T-Shaped resources (Functional, Automation, NFR)
• Exposure to diverse testing domains, ERP, Digital and Performance and Data testing
• Good exposure to the domain and respective business use cases.
• Experience in frameworks using selenium, cypress, playwright, Appium, cucumber and Rest Assured tools.
• Experience in the design and development of frontend and backend test automation frameworks
• Experience in working with SQL
• Experience in Java and Java script in the context of back end and frontend test automation
• Experience in working with CI/CD tools like Jenkins and cloud infrastructure like AWS
• Experience in working version control systems like git, git lab or bitbucket
• Experience in working with test and project management tools like Xray and Jira
• Has a very good knowledge / experience of the Software Test life cycle, Defect management, Configuration management and release management processes
