  • Lead Cloud Operations team
  • Coordinating the work and task between team members. 
  • Ensure proactive observability, alerting and compliance with SLA\SLI\SLO’s
  • Managing the relationship with cloud partners 
  • Oversee the cloud infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and suggest improvements and actions
  • Support departments with advice on the use of Azure/Oracle/AWS services
  • Participate in core IT projects implementation (mainly automation of the infrastructure management, deploy infrastructure for cloud products)
  • Ensure compliance of policies and procedures
  • Ensure data protection and system security
  • Report KPIs to business leads and drive continuous improvement
  • Guide the Team in the face of complicated technical tasks
  • Be a counterpart for a team of specialists in the context of major operational issues
  • Actively participate in the new solution design 
  • Being a Single Point of Contact in terms of emergency calls or any other technical issue 
  • The primary support area will be applications for EMEA customers, but may be also involved in other responsibilities as related to the company vision.

  • Min. 5 years of experience in the area of responsibility and cloud operation systems on an Enterprise technology level.
  • Knowledge of Azure, Oracle, AWS and cost management in a cloud environment: 3+ years managing cloud solutions
  • Experience with leading a team
  • Knowledge of the technical services provided by the department.
  • Excellent collaboration, organizational and time-management skills
  • Fluent English written and oral. Able to communicate clearly throughout different level of organization
  • Proactive approach to performance of tasks and professional challenges – proposing new solutions, suggesting improvements to existing solutions

  • Advance knowledge of Cloud infrastructure and services on Microsoft Azure - must, Amazon AWS and Oracle OCI - nice to have
