Junior IT Business Analyst

As a part of Warsaw DFS IT Team within Securities Services IT Department, your aim will be to deliver business process and system changes required by Depositary & Fiduciary Services business department. 

The position will give you the unique opportunity to contribute to our dynamic, international team and establish the link between the Business operational teams/Product Owners and IT. 

Responsibilities:

• Managing change requests and following their lifecycles 
• Delivering end to end solutions 
• Working with business and other stakeholders to collect all requirements 
• Cooperating with various teams to identify root cause of issues  
• Writing functional & technical detailed specifications 
• Understanding and analysing the needs coming from the Business or deriving from market changes 
• Producing estimates, cost & benefits analysis and business cases for new development proposals 
• Making improvements to current production processes 
• Involving all relevant stakeholders in the process of definition and validation of any new requirements, assessing all potential impacts 
• Creating and managing testing of new solutions including writing test plans, preparing test data, coordinating testing and user/client acceptance 

• Have +3 years of relevant experience and knowledge of the financial industry – with focus on Capital Markets, Fund Accounting and Securities Services areas 
• Are fluent in English 
• Have minimum bachelor's degree in IT, Finance, Economics or similar field  
• Have interest in business analysis and project management 
• Have knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence) 
• Have good IT skills, SQL knowledge is an asset
