Hence, in order to close this gap, here’s the high-level scope and activities for the role we would like to fill now:

  • Maintenance of the organizational structure in UBS Technology Services (focusing on IT infrastructure topics), a department divided into ~15 different sectors with a total of ~15k headcount which requires intensive effort to maintain the structure considering constant changes in the setup, including larger reorganization activities
  • Collecting change requirements, validating the changes if according to guidelines and implementing the changes in the respective tool
  • Once the candidate has gained a certain level of knowledge and experience about the process and the guidelines, liaising with internal business partners and stakeholders to address larger change requirements (internal reorganizations)
  • On longer term, candidate could potentially support other WFM activities in Technology Services, like On/Offboarding of vendor resources etc.
  • Support business by providing Workforce Management services including end to end hiring process governance and execution that align to business strategy • Collaborate with stakeholders across regions and functions to ensure services are provided in a timely manner • Respond to workforce related queries and provide support • Ensure workflows, processes and services are of the highest quality standard • Introduce innovations and improvements to the processes • Liaise with Operating Managers, Chiefs of Staff, Recruiters, Line Managers, Vendor Partners and requestors by providing process guidance and support as well as reporting on workforce related topics • Maintenance of various tooling related to hiring requests and workforce management

MUST

Minimum of 3 years professional experience in similar role in international environment

  • Strong analytical skills and a good understanding of how to combine and manage data from different objects
  • Proven analytical competencies including an aptitude for processing large sets of data and exceptional attention to detail
  • Fluency in English (verbal and written) and strong knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint
  • knowledge how Power BI works

Strong communication skills, with a structured approach to handling and completing tasks

  • Result oriented, dedicated, hardworking who can work on own initiative and can deliver on time with a high level of integrity and flexibility, sense of urgency, attention to detail and quality standards
