DevOps Automation Engineer

Robotic team main objective is to modernize and strengthen the CIB cloud supply chain. You will highly contribute to create differentiated customer experience, by designing, developing, and building automated hardware and software products. You will support the acceleration of this transformation.

You will design your product, taking local specificities into account. Prepare product specifications and validate that the developed product is aligned with requirements. Follow-up on product lifecycle, liaise with Product & Portfolio Management to maintain service catalogue. Serve as SPOC on product throughout its life in production and prepare all product documentation. You review customer feedback, perform regular product reviews, and manage all potential product evolutions and communication. You manage product performance based on data analytics (Aramchek) and guarantee the functioning and the quality of the product. In addition, you work closely with the nearshoring team in Madrid and make sure of the global alignment with AMER and APAC.

Occasional travels to Madrid and Paris might be needed in this role.

Responsibilities:

• Apply the Agile and DevOps Methodologies in the team.
• Build a strong relationship with our providers to have a best digital product with the low cost. The target is to reduce the cost and optimize our infrastructure footprint.
• Design, build and automate product according to requirements.
• Follow-up on digital product lifecycle, liaise with Product & Portfolio Management to maintain service catalogue.
• Review customer feedback and perform regular product reviews.
• Manage all potential digital product evolutions and its performance.

Tools we use: Airflow, AlertManager, CertManager, MongoDB, Grafana, Jupyter, Loki, Redis, Sentry, Vault and others.

• Over 5 years of commercial experience in the field.
• Programming experience using Python and/or React.
• Experience in DevOps tools and methodologies including CI/CD practices.
• Experience working on Linux-based infrastructure and network protocols.
• Knowledge of critical concepts in Agile principles.
• Extensive knowledge in containerization and orchestration (Kubernetes, OpenShift).
• Great interpersonal skills with ability to communicate effectively.
• Eager to understand, explain and support change.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
