Digital & Cloud Infrastructure Engineer

Your main objective is to modernize and strengthen our Infrastructure, leveraging on the obsolescence management of our legacy infrastructure. Enabling Infrastructure As A Service, your team will highly contribute to create differentiated customer experience, by designing, developing, and building automated hardware and software products. • Infra Services team will adopt systematically a digital consumer-oriented approach, supported by a strong collaborative mindset

Objectives of Infra Services team are to design, develop, release, and provide support for firewall, load balancing, active directory digital services in a secured digital platform. The list of Products to manage is Digital Load Balancing (AVI), Active Directory, DNS and DHCP (Infoblox) , Flow management (Illumio), Micro service Security (Aquasec), Orchestration (Ansible Tower), Api Platform (Apigee).

The mission here specifically concerns the infra API Gateway (Google Apigee technology).

Responsibilities:

• Designing products while taking local specificities into account and prepare product specifications.
• Making sure that product is aligned with requirements.
• Cooperating with CIB Cloud Market Place and Robotics teams to agree on placement in marketplace CIB Cloud platform.
• Follow-up on product lifecycle, liaise with Product & Portfolio Management to maintain service catalogue.
• Being point of contact on product throughout its life in production.
• Preparing all documentation needed on product.
• Reviewing feedback and perform regular product reviews.
• Managing all potential product evolutions and communication.
• Managing product performance based on data analytics (Aramchek).
• Guaranty the functioning and the quality of the product.

• Over 5 years of commercial experience in the field.
• Deep knowledge in API Gateway (Google Apigee preferred) and applied API architecture.
• Knowledge of Linux Red Hat operating system, microservices architecture, Kubernetes/Openshift, network protocols and Cloud environments.
• Ability to create a product/infrastructure/services in a Cloud environment.
• Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g. Shell) and automation tools.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and CI/CD design, practice, tools and methodologies.
• Great interpersonal skills with ability to communicate effectively.
• Eager to understand, explain and support change.
• Advanced English language skills.
• Occasional travels to Madrid and Paris might be needed in this role.
