We are looking for experienced Technical Leader of development to join our newly created platform in Poland and be part of the global Voice and eCom Record Keeping team within CIB IT PRODUCTION.
The Record Keeping domain is responsible for the Voice and eCom recording systems with the aim of ensuring that CIB ITO meets its regulatory record keeping obligations around the voice and written records (eComm).
The Record Keeping team in Poland will be acting as a Control Tower within the Record Keeping domain, working on the definition, implementation, industrialization, performance measurement and improvement of all the tools and automation activities of the Record Keeping domain. The team will also be in charge of the Record Keeping data lake and support its activity.
The position consists in leading the development of the application in charge of industrializing the Record Keeping activity, such as the automation of all the provisioning in the technical systems, the industrialization of technical and functional controls with the help of a structured data lake allowing to develop detection scenarios and make the domain reporting easier.
It implies interactions with central technical SMEs (operations and engineering) and Control Officers to build the specifications of the processes to industrialize.
Responsibilities:
- Leading the process of automation
- Managing Engineering Tools and Automation resources
- Designing, building, supporting, and improving, under the group development framework, an application that ensures the right interaction between the Bank referential, the user ecosystems (workstations, Voice systems, Microsoft and Azure) and the recording systems (Nice, Verba, Entreprise Vault)
- Interacting with existing automation teams, technical SMEs (technical experts) and Control officers to collect, analyse, formalize, and document the process specifications to industrialize
- Automating manual controls, provisioning and reporting activities related to the Record Keeping domain via various programming and scripting languages.
- Defining technical solutions to new initiatives and problems and managing the progress and delivery of tasks and projects
- Establishing relationship with external technology provides to review new products, and escalate issues
- 10+ years of applicable development/automation experience
- Technical leading skills
- Strong knowledge in PowerShell and VBScript
- Strong knowledge on either Python, C# or Java
- Knowledge in web development (HTML, CSS, Javascript) will be valued
- Knowledge of Azure, Graph API, MS, AD, MECM, MS/Postgre SQL, API integration scripting
- Knowledge of Voice and eComm technologies (Trading voice, MS Teams, Outlook, Skype, etc.)
- Knowledge of Nice, Verba & Veritas technologies will be valued
- Independent, organized, self-motivated, responsible individual able to complete tasks with little or no outside support
- Excellent user support skills and project management skills
- Able to document clearly and accurately
- Eager to learn and result driven with analytical mind-set
- Fluent English language skills
- Openness for occasional travels to meet other teams
