Software Asset Management - Data Collection Officer

We are looking for skilled and motivated individuals to join our newly created team in Poland and be part of the Global SAM within CIB IT PRODUCTION.

Within CIB many different software products are deployed into Production. You ensure the ability to collect the utilisation of these products that will allow a compliance position to be created. To do so, you are using automated solutions and manual retrieval processes. 

Due to large portfolio of deployed software, your role is important to keep the inventory and repositories used for data collection up to date. You will work closely with the IT Production team who administer the Infrastructure to ensure that an up to date consistent view is maintained.  

SAM SKILLS

• Data handling skills (collecting, analyzing, and interpreting).
• Knowledge of vendor metrics of major vendors (SAP, Microsoft, Oracle, IBM, Red Hat, Adobe, Microfocus).
• Knowledge in SAM Process or Software Procurement area.

BUSINESS SKILLS

• Deep knowledge of Excel (advanced level: Pivot Tables, Functions and Formulas) and skills in creating complex queries.
• Experience with Service Now, Jira and/or Remedy.
• IT Infrastructure knowledge (Desktop and Servers environment, cluster, virtualization).

TRANSVERSAL SKILLS

• Analytical ability, solid judgement with ability to make good decisions.
• Ability to negotiate and sustain networking relationships.
• Ability to understand, explain and support change.

SOFT SKILLS

• Fluency in communication in English.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
