Technical Lead - IT Operations, Data & Integration Platforms

• Serve as the technical subject matter expert in the realms of data warehousing, big data, and integration platforms.
• Oversee and ensure the stable operation of data-related IT operations, ensuring data availability, consistency, and integrity.
• Implement and maintain robust data management and integration solutions across various platforms.
• Facilitate robust data analysis and derive insightful solutions to meet business requirements.
• Contribute to problem identification, troubleshooting, and strategic problem resolution.
• Engage in strategic planning and project management for IT-related initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives

• Integration Platforms: Tibco, Kafka, ELK Stack, Apache NiFi
• Relational Databases and Data Warehousing: Oracle PL/SQL, ETL processes, Tableau
• Big Data: Hadoop, MongoDB, Spark, Airflow, Hive, Trino
• Proven experience in data analysis and maintaining data-centric environments
• Very good command of English (min. B2 level).
• Demonstrated independence, inquisitiveness, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

• Familiarity with database replication technologies: Shareplex, Oracle GoldenGate.
• Knowledge and experience with ITIL
