Your mission is to help our users understand and get the full value out of airfocus. You will build a deep understanding of the customer journey and optimize key parts of it. You will own product messaging, positioning, sales, and partner-enablement content, as well as communication around new feature launches. You will create tailored journeys for all customer segments.

This is a highly cross-functional role that requires close partnership with our founding, product, data, CS, sales, and marketing teams.
