Develop in-depth expertise in the product and demonstrate how they can be applied to solve business needs;
Analyse and identify customer’s business requirements and implement product-oriented solutions during pre-sales Proof-of-Concepts and customer implementations;
Deliver training and serve as liaison between customers and other internal technical experts;
Convey customer requirements to Product Management teams and assist in testing new platform features and functionality;
Utilize critical problem-solving skills and participate in internal process improvement initiatives;
Build relationships while managing customer’s expectations;
Ability to develop customer scripts and leverage the REST API to meet customer requirements is ideal but not essential.
Willingness to travel on occasions to meet clients.

Fluent in both English and German, both written and spoken
Must be based within the DACH region as the role will require regular travel within the region
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science or related field such as Information Systems or Engineering.
Self-motivation, responsible work ethic, and comfortable in a position that grants autonomy.
Proven outstanding communication, presentation and writing skills.
An ability to deeply understand the customer’s IT and business challenges, document findings and deliver demonstrations to key stakeholders (business and technical).
Understanding of software development concepts.

Proficient in programming/scripting. Desired technologies/platforms include .NET and C#.
Some knowledge of complementary technologies is preferred including MS Visual Studio, Postman, XML, MS Excel, and MS Visio.
