We are Volvo Service Planning and Contracts Quotation teams that maintain current and develop new functionalities of VOSP and CQ-Online solutions. Two teams that you will work closely with consist of 25 talented people. You will cooperate on a day-to-day basis with Analysts, QA Specialists, Software Engineers, Architect, Scrum Masters, Leaders and End Users.

•  Providing application support to the internal and external users in global environment.
• Managing ticketing system taking ownership of issues and requests ensuring ticketing system database is kept up to date (incidents and change management).
• Managing support mailbox.
• Supporting business users on daily basis by addressing the incidents, problems and questions.
• Investigation of challenging issues.
• Monitoring the solution on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
• Sharing the knowledge within the Team.
• Participate in new enhancements and projects.
• Colaborate in international and diverse team.

• You are a student in your 3rd, 4th, or 5th year of study, or you have recently graduated.
• You are available from November/December 2023 for at least 4 hours per day.
• You communicate in English.
• You can work as team player.
• You do something more than only studying – you are a member of student organization, student research group etc.
• You are patient, understanding and empathetic person.
• You have abilities to investigate, diagnose and solve application issues including reading logs.
• You like to learn and educate others.
• You pay attention to details.
• You accept ownership of issues.
• You have exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• You would like to learn excellent customer service skills.
• Some basic knowledge of agile and ITIL would be beneficial.

Will be an asset:

• SQL knowledge.
• Knowledge about network and firewalls.
• Scripts development.
