- Analyzing requirements, needs and user stories and transferring it into business requirements specification.
- Modelling and documenting Business Architecture including value chains, business processes, roles, capabilities and data.
- Mapping business goals, project benefits, priorities, components, system features.
- Identifying options for potential solutions.
- Maintaining and tracking requirements in systems lifecycle.
- Supporting business experts and product owners during defining requirements and software development.
- Contributing in systems designing, testing, quality assurance, change management.
- Being responsible for designing, validating, and testing business processes for achieving business process excellence.
- Coaching employees about upcoming changes, ensuring that a plan is in place.
- Identifying opportunities for business process improvements.
- Holding Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) certificate from IIBA or equivalent, or OMG Certified UML Professional Certificate at advance level or equivalent
- Holding PM2 Methodology Essentials Certificate.
- Holding TOGAF Certified level certification.
- At least 3 years of hands on experience in business analysis.
- Experience with participating in the process of complete lifecycle of the software solution (at least two examples).
- Excellent command of English, at least at C1 level.
- Knowledge how to develop a Business Architecture and its elements.
- Expertise in requirements elicitation and analysis.
- Knowledge about specifics and limitations of the technologies of IS.
- Being proficient in using systems modelling tools like Sparx Enterprise Architect, Aris Architect or others.
- Knowledge about analysis/modelling tools and techniques (use case diagram, state diagram, entity relationship model etc.).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge and experience bout creating documentation.
- Problem solving skills.
