•  Consulting and support for existing customers in the HCM modules, e.g., in the areas of payroll accounting, organization management, time management
• Participation in the rollout of an SAP S/4HANA template for time management and payroll accounting in the project
• Support of the SAP HCM module with focus on the further development of the SAP system landscape
• Recording of customer requirements, creation of technical solution concepts, as well as subsequent implementation by means of customizations
• Support and further development of existing customizations in close coordination with SAP developers
• Supporting customers in the creation and implementation of authorization concepts
• Organization and implementation of SAP user training and SAP tests with key users and specialist departments
• Interfacing with relevant other SAP modules
• Coordination and management of external service providers
• Technical and content-related support for upgrades and conversions in the technology area
• 3rd level support of the systems

• Master's degree or diploma with adequate professional experience
• At least seven years of professional experience, of which at least five years in IT or organizational projects
• Proven experience in project or consulting environment
• Very good knowledge of the SAP HCM module including customizing, especially time management and payroll accounting
• Basic knowledge of ABAP/4 is desirable
• Technical knowledge of business processes
• Strong presentation and moderation skills, negotiation skills
• Confident handling of the MS Office product range
• Reliable and careful way of working
• Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
